What Is A Resource Manager’s Job?

A resource manager’s job is someone who has to get everything that is needed in a business.

They organize the resources and put the them in a certain spot, so when they are needed you know where it is.

To Be Good At Being A Resource Manager You Need To

• Make sure you have all the resources that are needed,
• Keep reporting to your CEO about what's going on,
• Know what your job is all about,
• Put in your best effort for everything thing you do as part of your business and
• Help make the product so it can be perfect, and if your product is good that might mean you have some profit

The Responsibilities You Have Of Being A Resource Manager Are

To make sure You have all the resources you need to make the product. Resources needs to be ordered on time!!! So you are (prepared)

You need to get the resources and put it in the right spot so anyone can easily find it.

I am a Resource Manager, and I like being a Resource Manager because it is fun and it is a little easy to be one.

The creativity challnge

In the second week of term 3 we did a creativity challenge. The challenge was that we had to package a feeling. We had to show it but not directly. We got in a group of 4.

Our package was supposed to look like a part of a house. At the bottom was the living room and up the top was a bedroom and on top of that was a roof.

Paper for looks
A pin for a door handle
Pegs to hold the roof on
Rop to hold the roof on
Blue silicone for looks
Hot glue to stick things together
Fabric for the bed

Princess Juliana deep dark secret

Once upon a time there was a beautiful girl named Juliana. She lived on a tall tower near the beach where she was always locked but she didn't know why. Every night her mother would come to see her. She would sleep with her till the night ended. Soon as it was morning she disappeared.

But one night a talking magical bat flew on her window and said “You don't belong here, your real mother is the queen of Paris, the woman you are living with is an evil witch and she wants your powers”. “Powers, what powers?.” “Your mother fed you a magical apple so you could have the power of water”. “I don’t believe you,” “okay then rub your hands and say water water come along and touch something, you will see the magic.” She did exactly what the bat told her to do. It was true, she did have the power of water. She was very surprised to see that.  Just then her evil mother woke up. So she quickly hid the bat and said that she was having water as a lie. The witch knew that Juliana was saying a lie so she sneaked on her the entire night and waited for her next move.

The next day she tried to escape from the tower to meet her mother. But her evil mother caught her and locked her in the tall dark tower and tied her up with a rope so she couldn't escape. She put dangerous animals outside so she couldn't escape.

Juliana was very scared and started to think of how will she meet her mother and how she could escape. Just then the bat came back with a handsome prince named David and rescued her from the witch's evil place by killing all the animals. David took her to Paris so Juliana could meet her mother. After a long time she finally met her mother and gave her a big hug. Juliana's mother was so pleased to see her daughter after 20 years. Soon David fell in love with Juliana and wanted to get married. David requested the queen to get married with Juliana. The queen agreed on the marriage and so did Juliana. Soon they got married and lived happily ever after.

First time making porridge

“I am so hungry, give me something to eat”, I said. Mum answered “I am too tired to make something. I have an idea why don't you make porridge”.
“But I have never made porridge.”
“You’ve seen me make porridge. Don't worry you'll be fine”
Okay fine I will try.

Mum gave me the recipe and I followed the steps one by one very carefully. “You can't make porridge without any help” said my brother, but I said I will prove that I can make porridge without any help. A few minutes later I was finished but I thought I could have a try before serving. It tasted delicious and it looked like crushed weet bix that had sucked the milk.

I gave the porridge to everyone and waited for the result. They told me that the porridge was the best porridge they had ever had, even my brother liked it but he didn't say that. I was so happy and proud of myself to hear that.

Now I know I am a good cook and I can make porridge without any help.

Cycling

Dear Audience,

Did you know that I didn't know how to ride a bike till the day of cycling came ?. I couldn't ride a bike so I couldn't do any cycling, but Phill the coach said “you can do it”. He and the teachers gave me a lot of confidence, so I went over to the turf to practice with a teacher.

They gave me some tips like try to ride the pedals as fast as you can and try to keep your balance. If you feel like you are falling pull the brakes and put your feet down as soon as possible. But I still couldn't ride a bike sadly. But the teacher still didn't give up and they gave me confidence.

One day I was biking on the turf with a teacher, can you guess what happened just then ?, I rode a bike without any support from a teacher!. I felt extremely happy and proud, I couldn't stop smiling, I ride the bike as much as possible. I could feel the cold breeze brushing past my cheeks.

The teachers and my parents were proud to hear that I could ride a bike and so was I. Now I know that I can have fun riding a bike.

Pigeon impossible

Dear Walter,

I agree with you, I think it is the pigeons fault because he damaged half of his own city where the people didn't harm pigeon and after all that, he destroyed half of his city and didn't even pay for it or say sorry to anyone.

 My second reason is he was scaring people away and using the machine the wrong way by shooting the laser out in the city. Least but not last he made the rocket fly which could have destroyed the world . When Walter was trying to stop it the pigeon came and wasted his time, anything could've happened but luckily he flicked the donut out and he stopped the rocket from destroying the world.

I think it is the pigeons fault and these were some of my reasons why it is the pigeons fault. What do you think ?, do you think it is the pigeons ?.

Easter Foxton Fair

“Yay”, I am so excited to go to Foxton Fair I said. While it was Easter my family and I went to to Foxton for the Easter Foxton Fair.

Over there at the Foxton fair there was food, clothes, games, jewellery and much more. My favourite was the paint ball because it was fun and I hit lots of targets. Next I got a bit hungry so I got some cultural food and water. “Oh wow so yummy noodles “I said, it tasted delicious. I got a bit bored after eating so we went to Foxton Beach for a little while. It was fun there making footprints and making sand castles.

A few minutes later it was time to go home and I didn't like my feet getting sandy but luckily there were tissues so I wiped my feet and I went home. I enjoyed that trip it was fun! Next easter you should go there I’m sure you will like it.
